The new Green Meadow Elementary School represents a collaborative effort, bringing together the expertise of CTA Construction Managers, Mount Vernon Group Architects, Colliers Project Leaders, and the Town of Maynard.
This project is not the first instance of collaboration among these partners.
CTA Construction Managers and Colliers have a 12-year history of working together on three school projects.
Similarly, CTA Construction Managers has been in partnership with Mount Vernon Group for 17 years, during which time they have completed four school constructions.
The company also built the new Maynard High School over a decade ago.
CTA Construction Managers principal Lyle Coghlin said: “We’re honoured to once again partner with Maynard, Mount Vernon Group, and Colliers to deliver a facility that will serve students and educators for decades to come.”
Earlier in 2025, CTA Construction Managers initiated work on the 105,750ft² Fort River Elementary School in Amherst, Massachusetts.
