Core Spaces, a US-based developer of hospitality-inspired housing, has begun construction on a new 25-storey apartment community in Seattle, Washington.

The 211-unit multifamily project, known as ōLiv Seattle, is located at 4515 Brooklyn Ave NE.

The project will provide modern layouts, premium finishes, ample meeting spaces, and resident amenities. The company believes that the facilities fit the lifestyles and ambitions of the local community.

ōLiv Seattle will feature a gym, large outdoor pool and lounge area as well as an indoor coffee bar.

Core Spaces chief development officer Eric Grimm said: “We are excited to break ground on ōLiv Seattle. These are unprecedented times, and we’re happy to be able to move forward with construction.”

ōLiv Seattle, located at the heart of the University district, is at a walking distance from the University of Washington, Trader Joe’s, Husky Stadium and Cowen Park.

Also, the project site is located near Downtown Seattle and familiar attractions like Pike Place Market, the Seattle Aquarium and the Space Needle.

ōLiv Seattle is being developed jointly with Goldman Sachs’ Merchant Banking Division. It is being financed by Alliance Bank of Arizona.

The multifamily project is expected to be completed by fall 2022.

The latest project represents the third ōLiv Residences property. It will join the existing properties in Tempe and Tucson, Arizona, for a total of 722 units and 1,655 beds.
