Ryan Companies, Great Lakes Management and Artemis Real Estate Partners have broken ground on Talamore Senior Living Woodbury in Minnesota, the US.
The move comes six months after Woodbury city council approved the new 200-unit senior living community.

The new four-storey development will be located near the intersection of Hudson Road and Settlers Ridge Parkway in the east metro.
It will feature 90 independent living units, 70 assisted living units as well as 26 memory care units and 14 care suites.
The senior living community will also have a library; club room; multiple dining venues; and wellness/telehealth centre with fitness areas, spa and salon.

Additionally, it will include activity room along with a large gathering space for community events and spiritual services.

Ryan Architecture + Engineering provided interior design, landscape architecture as well as civil engineering services for the new senior living community.
The project is expected to complete in early 2023.
Once complete, Talamore Woodbury will be jointly owned by Ryan, Great Lakes Management and Artemis.
It will be operated by Great Lakes Management and Ryan will provide asset management services.

Talamore Woodbury is the company’s third project with Great Lakes Management.
