Real estate firm Hines has commenced construction of Brands West in Loveland, Colorado, the US.

Located at 5365 Byrd Drive and 5615 Kitty Hawk Drive, the 188,000ft2 project involves construction of two Class-A, industrial distribution buildings.

The first building at 5365 Byrd Drive will be 107,200ft2, while the second building at 5615 Kitty Hawk Drive will be 81,000ft2.

Both the buildings will feature rear load capabilities, as well as on-site amenities that include outdoor covered seating and basketball court.

The company stated that Brands West is a part of the northern Colorado industrial market.

Hines director Courtney Schneider said: “We are excited to have a presence in Northern Colorado at Brands West.

“This is a strong, growing market for the industrial sector with high demand for modern and innovative industrial space, and we look forward to delivering a best-in-class asset to the area to meet future tenant needs.”

The project will be located within Brands at the Ranch, which is a mixed-use development on either side of I-25, north of Crossroads Boulevard.

Construction work of the project is anticipated to be completed in the third quarter of next year.

The company appointed Alcorn Construction to build the project, which was designed by Powers Brown Architecture’s Denver office.

Peter Kast and Pete Kelly were selected to serve as leasing agents.
