Bobcat Company, construction equipment manufacturer, has confirmed a name change. The name Melroe Company has been replaced by Bobcat Company or Bobcat. Bobcat Europe has replaced Melroe Europe, the Brussels based distributor of service and parts for Bobcat in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. A new signature will also appear. IR Bobcat will identify Bobcat as a brand of the parent corporation, Ingersoll-Rand Company.
