Real estate agency BLD Group has commenced construction of Sunnyside apartments and V2 apartments in Florida, the US.

Located on Panama City Beach Highway, Sunnyside Apartments will include 220 apartment homes ranging one-, two- and three-bedroom houses.

V2 Apartments, located on Winkler Avenue, will include 308 apartment homes ranging one-, two- and three-bedroom houses.

Amenities at both the projects will include clubhouse, game room, a resort-inspired swimming pool, barbecue area, resident market, private work booths and dog park.

The developments will also feature a club-quality fitness studio with yoga/Pilates studio.

The agency stated that the apartments at both the communities will be equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, tile backsplashes, walk-in closets, full-size washers and dryers, wood vinyl flooring throughout living areas, tile shower surrounds and linen closets.

Recently, Parkway Property Investments and Silverpeak Real Estate Partners have broken ground on Lakeland Central Park, a 740-acre Class-A industrial development in Lakeland, Florida, the US.

The project is a joint venture (JV) between Parkway and a private investment vehicle, which is managed by an investment management firm Silverpeak.

The industrial development, located near the intersection of Interstate 4 and the Polk Parkway in Lakeland, is claimed to be one of the largest industrial developments in Central Florida.
