The Babtie Group appointed a new technical director last month. David Kirkwood joins the group from economic development agency Scottish Enterprise, where he was involved in public sector investment initiatives. Previous private sector experience includes a stint at Amec. “David will be focussed on developing existing business prospects in the north of England and Scotland,” Cliff Malone, Babtie Group operating director said.
