UAE-based Azizi Developments has started construction on its new AED350m ($95m) housing project, dubbed Creek Views II, in Dubai.

Located in Dubai Healthcare City, the 587-unit residential project will feature 116 studios, 436 one-bedroom, and 35 two-bedroom apartments.

It will also include two swimming pools, a sauna, a steam room, a fully-equipped gym, and a play area for the children.
