Avanta Residential has announced the ground-breaking of a new neighbourhood at The Colony outside Austin, the capital of the state of Texas, in the US.
The single-family rental division of Hunt Companies, Avanta’s ground-breaking announcement was made with respect to 216 rental homes that will be coming up at The Colony.

The Colony general manager Rick Neff said: “We’re pleased to add this product-type to The Colony. As a premier master-planned community, we are continuing to add to the variety of home types to appeal to a broad range of the population.”
The Colony is a 2,300-acre master-planned community whose neighbourhood Avanta aims to develop.
Single family residential builders Avanta will be delivering more than 200 single-family tenements within The Colony, at the corner of Sam Houston Drive and FM 969.
The soon to be developing for-rent neighbourhood by Avanta Residential will include common amenities for the community such as a clubhouse and pool, walking trails that also feature fitness stations, playgrounds, and open play areas.

Backed by Hunt Companies, Inc.’s real estate expertise, single family rental affiliate Avanta Residential has earned its own share of accolades with more than $8.5bn in completed real estate developments. Avanta is set to make a name for itself in the single-family homes for lease section of the by creating trademark neighbourhoods to that effect.
Developing upon Hunt’s experience, this is Avanta’s first project under the Avanta brand.
Avanta had secured financial close with construction lender Alliance Bank of Arizona, a division of Western Alliance Bank, Member FDIC in February this year.
