ASGC Construction will also be responsible for the construction of Masaar’s first property, a five-bedroom show villa located in the Sendian district of Masaar under the same contract.

Arada chairman HE Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi said: “This is a landmark moment in our journey at Masaar, a project that has been designed to set a new standard of living, not just for Sharjah but for residential communities throughout the region.

“We have witnessed strong demand for properties within the first phase of Masaar, in line with the robust performance of Sharjah’s real estate sector during the first five months of this year.”

The company stated that the sales of the 445 homes in Sendian, Masaar’s first district, started in January.

The homes are scheduled to be handed over in the first quarter of 2023 and the second phase of sales are on track to be launched by the end of this year.
