Allied Orion Group, a multifamily real estate investment firm, has begun construction on a 360-unit exclusive, garden-style apartment community, known as The Southbrook, in Texas, US.
The housing development, earlier called The Retreat at Oak Creek, is situated at 260 South Brook Drive and nestled on two different tracks of land in Leander, Texas.

Planned to be opened by fall 2020, the project is being developed by Allied Orion Group.
Designed by Humphreys and Partners Architects, the project will offer floor plans ranging from one- to three bedrooms.
It will feature several amenities, including a resort-style swimming pool with cabanas and grilling stations; a fitness centre, rock wall, and a spin/yoga/Pilates room with ballet bar; cyber lounge with Wi-Fi access.

The development will include a lounge with kitchen and billiards tables; attached garages, a park-like courtyard with multiple gathering areas; dog spa and gated dual dog park, and charging stations for electric vehicles.
