Crane supplier, AGD Equipment Ltd, bought the microtunnelling business Euro Iseki this summer.
In a statement, AGD said that it regards “the acquisition of the microtunnelling company as complementary to [our] existing business activities.”

AGD sells and rents hydraulic cranes to the world-wide market. It proposes to consolidate Iseki’s microtunnelling business, with a view to enhancing rental and sales activities within the European, Middle Eastern and African markets.
AGD Equipment Ltd (Iseki Division) will operate from a base in Stratford-upon-Avon, in the UK.
