It will involve six suppliers over a six-year duration, it was said in a press statement.
The SPaTS3 framework is designed to provide National Highways, the organisation responsible for managing and improving England’s motorways and major A roads, with vital technical and advisory services.
These services aim to enhance safety and strengthen the resilience of England’s 4,500-mile road network.
The collaboration between AECOM and Arup under the SPaTS3 framework follows their previous work on the earlier SPaTS framework with National Highways.
