Nebraska Furniture Mart is planning to construct a $1.5bn complex in the North Dallas suburb of Colony in Texas, US.
The 430-acre mixed-use complex includes stores, movie theatres, a convention centre and a two-storey, 1.8m square-foot retail and distribution centre and office facility.

The retail and distribution centre will comprise 1.2 million square feet of warehouse space, a 546,000ft2 showroom, and 25,000ft2 of regional corporate office space.
The construction work is expected to be completed by 2015, if plans move forward.
