Developer City & Provincial Properties has received planning permission from Lewisham Council for a £200m mixed-use development in Deptford, South London.
The 4.5ha development, designed by Hawkins/Brown and called The Wharves, includes nearly 1,000 homes and over 100,000ft² of retail, workshops and leisure space.
