Crossrail has submitted a plan to Westminster City Council in London, UK, for the revamp of Tottenham Court Road and the east end of Oxford Street, including the site of the former Astoria music venue.
The plan includes four blocks of shops, flats and offices at the eastern side of Oxford Street.
