Construction work on the $521m Uchikanda 1-Chome District Redevelopment located in Tokyo, Japan commenced in Q2 2022. It was announced in Q1 2019.
The project involves the construction of an 84,500m2, 26-story, 130m high office tower with three basements on 0.51ha of land in Tokyo, Japan.
The project includes the following:
1. Construction of office space
2. Construction of conference rooms
3. Construction of retail stores
4. Construction of parking facilities
5. Installation of elevators
6. Installation of safety and security systems
Construction on the project, spread across 1 hectares, is expected to be completed by Q4 2025.
Owners of the project include Japan-based Mitsubishi Estate.
