Construction work on the $79m Bregenz Indoor Swimming Complex Redevelopment located in Bregenz, Vorarlberg, Austria commenced in Q4 2022. It was announced in Q2 2018.
The project involves the redevelopment of an indoor swimming pool in Bregenz, Vorarlberg, Austria.
The project includes the following:
1. Construction of two six-lanes 25m pools
2. Construction of a children’s pool
3. Construction of a therapy pool
4. Construction of an outdoor hot water pool
5. Construction of a thermal power station
6. Construction of an administrative facility
7. Construction of parking facilities
8. Installation of slides, security
9. Installation of photovoltaic system and modelable gas heating system
10. Installation of and ventilation systems
Construction on the project is expected to be completed by Q2 2026.
Austria-based Architekt Bernd Riegger ZT is the architect and engineering design consultant for the Bregenz Indoor Swimming Complex Redevelopment, while City Council of Bregenz is the planning authority.
