Construction work on the $30m Silkeborg Residential Facility located in Capital Region, Denmark commenced in Q2 2022. It was announced in Q1 2020.
The project involves the construction of 147 residential units in the Capital Region, Denmark.
The project includes the following:
1. Construction of 67 one-storey terraced houses
2. Construction of four-point houses with 20 apartments each
3. Construction of underground parking spaces
4. Installation of safety and security systems
5. Installation of elevators
Construction on the project is expected to be completed by Q4 2023.
Owners of the project include Sweden-based Heimstaden.
