Construction work on the $45m Rea Unificado Wind Farm 43.2 MW located in Soria, Castille and Leon, Spain commenced in Q2 2022. It was announced in Q1 2019.

The project involves the construction of the Rea Unificado wind farm in the municipalities of Trévago, Valdelagua del Cerro, Fueentrestrún and Castilruiz, Soria, Castile and León, Spain.

The project includes the following:

1. Construction of a 43.8MW wind farm
2. Construction of substations
3. Construction of 11.5km access and internal roads
4. Construction of nine wind turbine foundations and platforms
5. Installation of nine wind turbines electricity generation capacity of 4.8MW each
6. Installation of mechanical and electrical equipment
7. Laying of medium voltage 18/30kV transmission lines

Construction on the project is expected to be completed by Q4 2022.

Owners of the project include Germany-based RWE.
