Construction work on the $55m Centre for Creative Design Building located in Dublin, Leinster, Ireland commenced in Q2 2022. It was announced in Q1 2017.

The project involves the construction of a 12,650m2 design center for the UCD campus on 24ha of land in Dublin, Ireland.

The project includes the following:

1. Construction of studios
2. Construction of lecture halls
3. Construction of exhibition space
4. Construction of foyer
5. Construction of a cafe
6. Construction of observation center
7. Construction of parking spaces
8. Construction of related facilities

Construction on the project, spread across 24 hectares, is expected to be completed by Q4 2025.

Owners of the project include Ireland-based University College Dublin.

Ireland-based Kavanagh Tuite is the architect and engineering design consultant for the Centre for Creative Design Building, while Dublin City Council is the planning authority.
