Construction work on the $78m Jaipur IPD Tower and Institute of Cardiology located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India commenced in Q2 2022. It was announced in Q3 2020.

The project involves the construction of a 69,677m2, 116m high 24-story IPD tower comprising 1,200 beds and a 9,290m2, four-story institute of cardiology in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

The project includes the following:

1. Construction of an administration space
2. Construction of an air ambulance landing facility for helicopter
3. Construction of intensive care units
4. Construction of in-patient and out-patient rooms
5. Construction of emergency wards
6. Construction of 23 operating theaters
7. Construction of laboratories
8. Construction of a pharmacy
9. Construction of an OPD room
10. Construction of city scan-MRI lab
11. Construction of four cath labs
12. Construction of a research room and a teaching room
13. Construction of two basements parking
14. Installation of medical equipment
15. Installation of electrical and security systems

Construction on the project is expected to be completed by Q1 2025.

Owners of the project include India-based Jaipur Development Authority.
