4. Construction of 28 acute care neurology beds
5. Construction of a pharmacy
6. Construction of therapy gyms
7. Construction of an office facility
8. Construction of a therapy courtyard
9. Construction of inpatient wings
10. Construction of a cafeteria
11. Construction of 7,432m2 of parking facilities
12. Construction of an emergency service unit
13. Installation of safety and security systems

Construction on the project, spread across 3 hectares, is expected to be completed by Q4 2025.

Owners of the project include the US-based University of Alabama.
