Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Black & Veatch IT hiring in November 2022

Out of the total IT job titles posted by Black & Veatch, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 39.53% in November 2022, and a 51.22% drop over October 2022, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 21.34% in November 2022, and registered a decline of 84.7%. Computer Support Specialists held a share of 19.76% in November 2022, a 50.5% drop from October 2022.

North America emerged as the leading region in the global construction IT hiring activity in November 2022 with a 98.42% share, which marked a 67.41% drop over the previous month.

Asia-Pacific stood next with 1.58%, registering a 100% month-on-month growth.

The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s construction industry IT hiring activity with a 96.84% share in November 2022, a 67.42% decline over October 2022. Mexico featured next with a 1.58% share, down 66.67% over the previous month. India recorded a 1.58% share, an increase of 100% compared with October 2022.

Junior Level jobs lead Black & Veatch IT hiring activity in November 2022

Junior Level jobs held a share of 59.68%, up by 39.81% from October 2022. Mid Level positions with a 19.76% share, a decline of 85.99% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Senior job ads with 19.76% share, down 83.39% over October 2022, while Entry Level postings accounted for 0.79%, recording a month-on-month increase of 100%.
