A total of 23 deals worth $71.3m were announced in June 2022, compared with the 12-month average of 20 deals.
M&A was the leading category in the month in terms of volume with 16 deals, which accounted for 69.6% of all deals.
In second place was venture financing with four deals, followed by private equity with three transactions, respectively accounting for 17.4% and 13.04% of overall deal activity in the UK technology industry during the month.
