The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 47.72% in August 2021 when compared with July 2021.

Out of the total IT job titles posted by Strabag, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 56.45% in August 2021, and a 45.83% rise over July 2021, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 20.97% in August 2021, and registered growth of 62.5%. Computer and Information Analysts held a share of 6.45% in August 2021, a 300% rise from July 2021.

Europe emerged as the leading region in the global construction IT hiring activity in August 2021 with a 100% share, which marked an 82.35% rise over the previous month.
Austria commanded a leading presence in the region’s construction industry IT hiring activity with a 62.9% share in August 2021, a 160% growth over July 2021. Germany featured next with a 27.42% share, up 21.43% over the previous month. The UK recorded a 6.45% share, an increase of 33.33% compared with July 2021.
Junior Level jobs lead Strabag IT hiring activity in August 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 79.03%, up by 58.06% from July 2021. Entry Level positions with a 14.52% share, a growth of 350% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 6.45% share, up 300% over July 2021.
