On page 12 of July’s T&TI, a news story on the Brisbane Sewer stated that the tunnel design was carried out by Brisbane City Council. The design of all tunnelling works, including shafts was carried out by Halcrow Pacific in Melbourne. Halcrow Pacific is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Halcrow Group and were the lead consultants for contractor EROC, a joint venture formed between Peabody and Obayashi.
