Presidio Residential Capital and Lafferty Communities is preparing to start construction on Amberfield, an environmentally friendly, 36-unit community in Brentwood, California, US.
Presidio principal Paul Lucatuorto said: "This is Presidio’s first of what we hope to be many home-building ventures with Lafferty Communities."
The firms intend to start on the development in September, with building works scheduled for completion by early 2016.
Amberfield is anticipated to require an investment of $20.4m, and will be built across a 9.84-acre vacant lot on O’Hara Lane and Smith Road.
The community will provide homes in four floor plans and three elevations (farmhouse, Italian villa and Italian country). It will be equipped with sustainable features, including solar panel capability, low-water landscaping and electric car outlets in garages.
Slab granite countertops, maple cabinets and a Bosch appliance package are additional benefits of homes in the community.
