
The US-based real estate firm Trammell Crow Company’s (TCC) Phoenix Business Unit, along with its capital partner Clarion Partners, has broken ground of Cowden Logistics Center in Tolleson, Arizona.
The project site is located on 16.1-acre area at 420 S 104th Avenue and will offer 285,131ft2 of logistics space in Southwest Valley submarket of Phoenix.
The facility will feature parking space for 237 cars and 41 trailers, and includes five points of ingress and egress, R-38 insulation, and an ESFR sprinkler system.
TCC Phoenix business unit vice president Cullen Mahoney said: “We are excited to grow our portfolio of best-in-class logistics facilities in the Metro Phoenix market. We have seen consistent user demand in recent years and expect that trend to continue.”

The Cowden Logistics Center is situated off the Interstate 10 and Loop 101 Freeways.

By GlobalDataLocated at a short distance from the Loop 202 Freeway, the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is a 20-minute drive from the site.
Designed by Butler Design Group, the project’s general contractor is Wespac Construction.
The leasing is being handled by Phil Haenel, Mike Haenel, and Andy Markham of Cushman and Wakefield.
