Mansell has won a £40m contract to build a student accommodation building called Urbanest in central London, UK, as part of the 67-acre King’s Cross Central development.
The building will have 657 student bedrooms across 196 units arranged in clusters, with shared living spaces and kitchens or self-contained studios.

The building will also include 356m2 of retail space, common rooms, roof terraces, laundry facilities and a management suite.
The building is designed to offer carbon savings and achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating.
The project is slated to be completed by the 2013/14 academic year.
