McShane Construction Company has completed Nollie, a 219-unit luxury apartment project in Tempe, Arizona, US.
The project, situated within a Qualified Opportunity Zone on a 4.5-acre site, comprises two four-storey wood-framed buildings.
This multifamily development was undertaken for the company’s repeat client, Milhaus.
CCBG Architects, an Arizona-based company, designed the exterior of the properties, which features a blend of stucco, fibre cement board, standing seam metal panels, and brick veneer.
McShane vice-president and regional manager Scott Salyer said: “We are proud to have partnered with Milhaus to bring this development to life.
“Nollie provides residents with modern living spaces and top-tier amenities that enhance the community’s overall appeal and will offer great value for this Qualified Opportunity Zone for years to come.”

By GlobalDataThe design of Nollie draws inspiration from the Arizonian desert landscape, offering a range of studio to two-bedroom floor plans.
The community offers 6,000ft² of amenity space, encompassing a 24-hour gym, bike storage, a resident lounge, a game room, co-working spaces, and rentable office space.
The development also offers various outdoor amenities such as a swimming pool with a sun deck, a kitchen and grilling area, and 12 electric vehicle charging stations.
McShane has carried out similar projects in the area, including Northbend, a 310-unit multifamily development.
Currently, it is working on a 320-unit development, named Alanna, for Milhaus in Phoenix, Arizona.
Last month, McShane’s Southeast regional team secured a contract to build a 461-unit multifamily community in Greenville, South Carolina, US.
