Foremost Companies, a premier land investment firm, has unveiled the first two neighbourhoods at master-planned community, Deerlake Ranch, located in the hillsides of Chatsworth in California, US.

Landsea Homes will be responsible for delivering 50 single-family homes in its Crestley neighbourhood while US-based Van Daele Homes will deliver 53 single-family homes in the Ridgepointe neighbourhood.

A joint venture between Foremost and an affiliate of Starwood Capital Group, the 230-acre Deerlake Ranch, upon completion, will offer a total of 314 single-family homes across six villages.
