Skanska has announced its intention to invest €30m in the first phase of an office complex, which is located in Warsaw, Poland.
The nine-storey building is known as Spark and it has a total leasable area of around 12,300m².

The project is set to offer various areas where employees in the complex and local residents can gather, such as co-work space outside the building. Spark will also feature a roof terrace accessible for all tenants, will feature beehives.
The building will have disabled-access and will be the first office building in Poland to hold a certificate for building without barriers in its initial stage. It is also expected to receive Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) platinum certification.
Spark will consist of three office buildings with a total leasable area of over 70,000m. A 130m skyscraper is planned to be constructed in the third phase of the project.
Construction of the first phase is set to begin in July this year, with completion expected in Q1, 2018.
