Middle East-based developer Omniyat has partnered with Drake & Scull International PJSC (DSI) to build a new residential project at the entrance of the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.

The project named One at Palm Jumeirah will be jointly developed by both firms, while Omniyat will manage the project.

The residential building will be designed by Soma architects from New York, Super Potato from Japan and Vladimir Djurovic from Lebanon.

While Super Potato is known for its interior designs of restaurants, shops and hotels, Vladimir Djurovic is famous for its landscape architecture for boutique hotels, resorts and public urban spaces.

One at Palm Jumeirah will feature apartments ranging in sizes from 2,500ft² to 20,000ft².

Omniyat executive chairman and CEO Mahdi Amjad said: "The finishing will be handled by famed interior designers.
