DAMAC

UAE-based real estate developer DAMAC Properties has unveiled its luxury show home at DAMAC Residenze in Dubai Marina, overlooking the Palm Jumeirah.

The show home apartment already sits on the 65th floor of Ocean Heights, owned by the company, and has interiors claimed to be a blend of ancient Eastern heritage and Italian craftsmanship, designed by Fendi Casa.

The show home is intended to resemble apartments in the nearby DAMAC Heights building, which is being constructed by DAMAC Properties.

"The stunning show home provides a real life representation of the luxurious finishes we are offering in these limited edition homes."

The 85-storey DAMAC Heights will house a DAMAC Residenze on the top 40 floors containing 200 apartments, which will also feature Fendi Casa designs.

DAMAC Properties managing director Ziad El Chaar said: "The stunning show home provides a real life representation of the luxurious finishes we are offering in these limited edition homes.

"The Fendi Casa finishes bring to life the opulence and refinement which will be presented in the finished homes, making DAMAC Residenze one of the most desirable addresses in Dubai."
