European property developer Heron International has unveiled plans to build a restaurant and sky bar in the top three floors of Heron Tower in London.

On completion, the tower will be the tallest building in the City of London, the company said.

The 46-storey structure will stand 230m tall, and be clad in glass and stainless steel.

The 13,423ft² restaurant and sky bar will be situated on floors 38 to 40 and feature external terraces. It will be exactly 75m above Bishopsgate and offer unparallel views of the City.

A dedicated entrance on Bishopsgate will offer access to the scheme and two lifts will directly reach the 39th floor restaurant and bar entrance level.
