The US commercial architectural firm collaborated with Hallmark Construction for the scheme by integrating many green features.

The 20,000ft² eco-friendly office space is the largest private commercial project in line with Monterey’s new standards for sustainability.
The practice designed a CLASS A tenant improvement design plan, and submitted selections of interior finishes and materials to Hallmark’s construction experts and NAI BT – a commercial real estate network in Northern California.
The scheme utilised adhesives, paints and finished materials which are environmentally friendly, low-emitting green seal products.
The existing building structure is reused in accordance with an indoor air quality management plan outlined by the United States Green Building Council.
