The Texas State University System Board of Regents has approved designs for the expansion of the Bobcat Stadium located in Texas, US.
The expansion has been designed by architectural firm O’Connell Robertson.

Plans include the expansion of the north side complex of the stadium that will add 13,000 new seats to the north end-zone.
The project also includes plans for connecting the east and west sides of the stadium according to bizjournals.com.
The $33m expansion will also add offices, new ticketing stations, a bookstore, a fan shop and a large public plaza to the existing facilities.
Construction on the expansion is slated to begin in May 2011 with completion scheduled for mid 2012.
