California Landmark has commenced construction on a mixed-use, six-storey, 78-unit apartment complex in Brentwood, Los Angeles, California, US.
Designed by Los Angeles-based PK Architecture, the facility will feature 78 one-to-two bedroom units ranging in size from 700ft2 to 1,300ft2, retail stores fronting Wilshire Boulevard, a zen rooftop garden, a modernist lobby and full-service gym.
