Centrella Villas is located on Belmont Avenue east of Highway 180 and offers easy access to downtown Fresno and the major employment centres in the area.
It includes up to four bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, with sizes ranging from around 1,700ft² to 2,000ft².
The new homes feature design characteristics such as spacious kitchens, bedroom suites with walk-in closets, large rooms and storage space.
All new KB homes are designed to be ENERGY STAR-certified and deliver an improved indoor environment.
They feature low or zero-VOC products and high-performance ventilation systems, among others, which are guided by the Indoor airPLUS standards of the Environmental Protection Agency.
The new community is situated near popular entertainment venues at the Forestiere Underground Gardens, Fresno Chaffee Zoo, Warnors Center for the Performing Arts and the historic Crest Theatre.
It is also near to shopping and dining at River Park Shopping Center.

The new community is located at North 172nd Drive and West Blue Sky Drive north of the US Highway 60 and Loop 303 interchange.
It includes up to five bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, ranging from about 2,100ft² to 3,300ft².
