The project involves the construction of a commercial complex with two 146m high, 42-story towers on 1.52ha of land in Hong Bang, Hai Phong.
Construction work commenced in Q2 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2024.
The project aims to provide better hospitality and retail facilities in the region.
5. Crystal Holidays Harbor Van Don Tourism Resort and Entertainment Complex – $155m
The project involves the construction of a 26,020m2 tourism complex with five hotel buildings ranging from 28-33 stories comprising 2,274 hotel rooms and a four story mixed use building on 2.6ha of land.
Construction work started in Q2 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2025.
