1. N5 Ballaghaderreen to Scramoge Bypass Road
The project involves the construction of a 34km single-carriageway road connecting Ballaghaderreen to Scramoge in Roscommon, Connaught.
Construction work started in Q3 2024 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2027.
It will replace one of the most treacherous sections of primary road in the country; and will bypass the towns of Frenchpark, Bellanagare, Tulsk and Strokestown.
2. Littleconnell Brewery Facility
The project involves the construction of a carbon-neutral brewery facilities in Leinster.
Construction work commenced in Q3 2024 and is expected to finish in Q4 2026.
The facilities will brew a range of ales and lagers, including Hop House 13, Rockshore, and Smithwick’s. It will create up to 1,000 jobs during the construction and 50 jobs after completion.
3. Maldron Hotel Croke Park
The project involves the construction of a seven-story, four-star hotel comprising 200 beds on 0.44ha of land in Dublin, Leinster.
Construction work started in Q3 2024 and is forecast to complete in Q2 2026.
In July 2019, GAA purchased 12.8ha of land for $130 million in Drumcondra and sold 7.6ha of land to an international property firm, Hines.
4. Magna Business Park Warehouse Complex
The project involves the construction of a 13,878m2 logistics facilities in South Dublin.
Construction work commenced in Q3 2024 and is expected to be completed in Q3 2025.
