Construction work on the $25m Ion Belian Garden Township: Phase III located in Selangor, Malaysia commenced in Q2 2022. It was announced in Q4 2019.
The project involves the construction of a residential community comprising 247 two-story terrace houses in Selangor, Malaysia.
The project includes the following:
1. Construction of a lounge
2. Construction of a multi-purpose hall
3. Construction of a function room
4. Construction of a clubhouse
5. Construction of a community plaza
6. Construction of parking facilities
7. Development of a playground
8. Installation of safety and security systems
Construction on the project is expected to be completed by Q4 2025.
Owners of the project include Malaysia-based NCT Group of Companies.
