Construction work on the $50m Innovation III Speculative Industrial Building located in Ohio, the US commenced in Q2 2022. It was announced in Q3 2021.
The project involves the construction of a 28,093m2 Innovation III speculative industrial building on 10.92ha of land in Ohio, the US.
The project includes the following:
1. Construction of storage units
2. Construction of office space
3. Construction of distribution units
4. Construction of truck courts
5. Construction of packaging units
6. Construction of parking spaces
7. Installation of safety and security systems
Construction on the project, spread across 11 hectares, is expected to be completed by Q4 2022.
the US-based red architecture + planning is the architect and engineering design consultant for the Innovation III Speculative Industrial Building, while City of New Albany is the planning authority.
