Construction work on the $100m Peoria Logistics Park located in Peoria, Arizona, the US commenced in Q2 2022. It was announced in Q1 2022.

The project involves the construction of the logistical spaces ranging from 9290m2 to more than 55741m2 on a 7ha area of land in Peoria, Arizona, the US.

The project includes the following:

1. Construction of 14585m2 build-to-suit distribution center
2. Construction of storage space
3. Construction of administrative space
4. Installation of safety and security systems

Construction on the project is expected to be completed by Q4 2026.
