Construction work on the $108m Road Reconstruction Program located in Kirov, Russia commenced in Q2 2022. It was announced in Q1 2021.

The project involves the reconstruction of the road reconstruction program in Kirov Oblast, Russia.

The project includes the following:

1. Reconstruction of 290km of roads
2. Reconstruction of four bridges
3. Construction of 26km of roads on the Oparino-Almezh section
4. Installation of power facilities

Construction on the project is expected to be completed by Q4 2024.

Owners of the project include Russia-based Ministry of Transport, Kirov Oblast, Russia.
