Construction work on the $112m FTB Tower located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia commenced in Q2 2022. It was announced in Q2 2021.
The project involves the construction of a 28-story 157m height office tower on 7.8ha of land in Prampi Makara district, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Construction on the project, spread across 8 hectares, is expected to be completed by Q4 2025.
Vietnam-based Aedas is the architect and engineering design consultant for the FTB Tower, while City Council of Phnom Penh is the planning authority.
