1. Construction of 2,787m2 of ground-floor retail space
2. Construction of 6,503m2 office space
3. Construction of a restaurant
4. Construction of a grocery store
5. Construction of a transit center
6. Construction of a two-story, 430-space parking garage
7. Installation of elevators, safety, and security systems

Construction on the project is expected to be completed by Q4 2024.

Owners of the project include the US-based GMH Communities, LP, City of Phoenix, Medistar Corporation, CBRE Investment Management.
