
US-based company The Procter & Gamble’s IT hiring rose 14.2% in March 2022 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.
The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 14.01% in March 2022 when compared with February 2022.
IT jobs claimed a 9.75% share in the company’s total hiring activity in March 2022, and recorded a 0.3% growth over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops The Procter & Gamble IT hiring in March 2022
Out of the total IT job titles posted by The Procter & Gamble, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 71% in March 2022, and a 44.9% rise over February 2022, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 14% in March 2022, and registered growth of 16.67%. Computer and Information Research Scientists held a share of 6% in March 2022, a 50% rise from February 2022.
Europe drives IT hiring at The Procter & Gamble
Europe emerged as the leading region in the global consumer IT hiring activity in March 2022 with a 41% share, which marked a 46.43% rise over the previous month.
North America stood next with 35%, registering a 75% month-on-month growth. South & Central America was the third leading region with a 17% share and a 30.77% rise over February 2022.
In the fourth place was Asia-Pacific with a share of 6% and a month-on-month decline of 50%. Middle East & Africa stood at the bottom of the table with a share of 1%, registering a flat growth over the previous month.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s consumer industry IT hiring activity with a 32% share in March 2022, a 77.78% growth over February 2022. Poland featured next with a 21% share, up 50% over the previous month. Costa Rica recorded a 13% share, an increase of 116.67% compared with February 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead The Procter & Gamble IT hiring activity in March 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 66%, up by 26.92% from February 2022. Mid Level positions with a 17% share, a growth of 240% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 17% share, flat growth over February 2022.
