US-based company Kimberly-Clark’s IT hiring rose 23.4% in February 2022 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.

The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 5.66% in February 2022 when compared with January 2022.

IT jobs claimed a 10.63% share in the company’s total hiring activity in February 2022, and recorded a 1.85% growth over the last three-month average share.

Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Kimberly-Clark IT hiring in February 2022

Out of the total IT job titles posted by Kimberly-Clark, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 69.77% in February 2022, and a flat growth over January 2022, while Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a share of 20.93% in February 2022, and registered growth of 12.5%. Computer and Information Analysts held a share of 4.65% in February 2022, a 50% drop from January 2022.

North America drives IT hiring at Kimberly-Clark

North America emerged as the leading region in the global consumer IT hiring activity in February 2022 with a 69.77% share, which marked a 3.45% rise over the previous month.

Europe stood next with 16.28%, registering a 250% month-on-month growth. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with an 11.63% share and a 28.57% drop over January 2022.

In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 2.33% and a month-on-month decline of 87.5%.

The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s consumer industry IT hiring activity with a 69.77% share in February 2022, a 3.45% growth over January 2022. Poland featured next with an 11.63% share, up 400% over the previous month.

Junior Level jobs lead Kimberly-Clark IT hiring activity in February 2022

Junior Level jobs held a share of 58.14%, up by 19.05% from January 2022. Mid Level positions with a 41.86% share, a decline of 21.74% compared with the previous month.
